Hey everyone! :) ...Well I guess I'll start by introducing myself. My name is Cátia I'm 18 years old and I'm a Freshman at the FCSH university,you can also call me Cat as my American friends do. :)

I come from Caldas da Rainha but now I moved to Lisbon so that it would be easier for me to go to college! I was born in Portugal but at the age of 12 I moved to the U.S.A with my mom and I came back to Portugal 2 years ago for vacations but ended up staying here with my dad and sister because I missed them and all of my friends. However, now I miss my mom and all of my friends from there although we keep in touch. I guess I'm always going to be divided between the two.

I got really surprised when I found out that our English class was going to be mostly by the internet... Anyways I think it's a great way to make class a bit more interesting :)

I hope to fit in well. So far I like the class and my classmates seem to be friendly and fun :)

I could describe my personality but I think it's better for you to find out by yourself along the way. Anyhow, I like to listen to music, I love to hang out with my friends and have a good time, I like going to the beach but I also like to stay at home and watch TV or just hang around with the family. What I most like to do is to dance,when I hear music it's just contagious I have to dance to it! :) What I hate the most is to wake up with somebody screaming in my ears telling me to wake up and I also hate when people betray my trust.

I always wanted to get into college,it was like a dream coming true... I chose the L.L.C English/Spanish course because I really like to learn about other languages and about different cultures and since I always wanted to be an English teacher but I also liked Spanish I decided to pick both.
