Hi, my name is Gabriela but all my family and friends call me "Bié". It's weird, but this specific name, which seems very easy to pronounce, in fact tends to cause some difficulties to people who are not familiar with it. Many peolple think that "Bié" naturally derives from "Beatriz", but it doesn't.
I have recently turned 18, and recently moved to Portugal, more specifically to Lisbon.
I used to live in Belgium (Brussels) ...actually I have lived there all my life...I was even born there !
I must say that, even though it's a very rainy country, and that Belgians are not tremendously friendly, I obviously miss it...I miss my school, my only school, the one I was most faithful to for so many years (from the age of four this summer). Along with the school, I miss my friends, most of them stayed in Brussels, others are now in England and a few are here in Lisbon with me!
I'm finally at university, doing, Línguas, Literaturas e Culturas, variante Inglês/Francês, even though I'm not sure if this is really what I want to do.
What I would really like to do in the future, is kind of a child's dream...I would love to become a singer...well, until then I'll continue doing my course! I also like drama, and basically everything that is connected to art and creativity!
What I don't like...rainy Sundays!...or...having to catch a plane and not be able to take everyone with me!
