"How to upload and post an image to Wikipedia"
The Ultimate Guide by Rogério Ferreira

1) Go to www.wikipedia.org

2) Log in (you can't post pictures without being registered)

3) Then, in the Wikipedia main page, go to the Toolbox column (left side) and click Upload file. Once there, follow the steps, fill in the required boxes and write down the Destination Filename in a piece of paper (you will need it later).

4) After that, go to the page of your Wikipedia entry and click edit this page (top of the page). Then, on the very first line of the page write this: [[Image:Example.jpg]]
(Note: where it says Example you should write the Destination Filename you have previously chosen when uploading the image.)
